What is the Gospel?

Gospel. It’s a word very frequently used in the New Testament but very frequently misunderstood by Christians. The church often reduces the word down to the plan of salvation. However, this word ‘gospel’ in the New Testament is an all-encompassing word that is far greater than good advice. It’s the life-altering, world-changing story of Jesus’ coronation as saving King.
