Gracepoint Community Church is glad to consider requests for use of our facilities by members, ministries, and community groups. Our building exists to serve the worship, mission, and ministry of the church, and all facility use must align with that purpose.
Use of the facility is subject to approval and must not be inconsistent with the Christian beliefs and values of Gracepoint Community Church, as expressed in the Mennonite Brethren Confession of Faith.
Facility use is a privilege, not a right, and approval is granted at the discretion of church leadership. Fees, insurance requirements, and a signed Facility Use Agreement may apply.

At Gracepoint Community Church, we believe marriage is a sacred covenant given by God—a lifelong union between one man and one woman that reflects Christ’s faithful love for His Church.
Weddings at Gracepoint are Christian worship services, centred on the Triune God and shaped by Scripture, prayer, and the joy of celebrating God’s design for marriage.
Our pastors are most often able to officiate weddings for those who are part of the Gracepoint community or who are under recognized pastoral care. As part of this, we ask couples to participate in premarital preparation, as we want to invest in strong, healthy, Christ-centred marriages.
Use of our facilities is reserved for weddings that align with our beliefs and practices. All elements of the ceremony are reviewed in advance to ensure they are appropriate for Christian worship. Please note that alcohol is not permitted on church property.
Because of the sacred nature of marriage and the role of the church, wedding requests are considered prayerfully by our pastoral team.
If you are considering being married at Gracepoint, we would love to connect with you, hear your story, and help you explore next steps.
At Gracepoint Community Church, we understand funerals as sacred moments of grief, remembrance, and hope. It is our privilege to come alongside families with compassion and care, while pointing to the comfort and hope found in Jesus Christ.
Funerals connected to Gracepoint—whether held in our facilities or led by one of our pastors—are Christian worship services. They are centred on the Triune God and shaped by Scripture, prayer, and the hope of the resurrection.
We are glad to serve families from both within our church and the wider community. All services are conducted in a way that reflects our Christian beliefs and practices.
Families are welcome to participate in meaningful ways, including sharing memories or selecting music and readings. All elements of the service are reviewed in advance to ensure they are appropriate for a Christian setting.
As part of every service, the message of Christian hope in Jesus will be shared with care and sensitivity.
If you are walking through the loss of a loved one, we would be honoured to support you and help you plan a service that is both meaningful and hope-filled.
