As people we compare and compete rooted in our pride and fragile egos. Jesus tells a parable about a well-respected church member who prays. Alongside him is a drug dealer of his day who also prays. Shockingly the one we’d think of as the low-life has his prayer heard. God’s grace comes to those who admit need and never outgrow it.
