Glorify God When You Disagree
Paul next addresses the issue of disputable matters between Christians. Some of us are “strong” Christians and some are “weak” in various matters. For Roman Christians the issue was eating meat. Paul gives a charter of Christian liberty and mutual tolerance. He points out that the kingdom is more than just externals. We are to treat one another with grace and deliberately cultivate unity. Both the ‘strong’ and the ‘weak’ are under the lordship of Christ.
